The stuff I wish I had known before my baby was born
During pregnancy I was craving more information but I didn't know where the gaps would be...
I've lovingly gathered all the things that I wish I had known, from sleep support to understanding co-regulation, and I've woven them into a a preparation package.
This is best to start during antenatal period, and then I'm available to support in those first tender months.
