Your sensitivity is not a flaw

It's a beautiful offering to the world.


And I would love to accompany you on the journey of unlearning the messages that we receive around this, and of embracing yourself just as you are in this moment.


This is not about self improvement. 


It's about self awareness, about supporting connection and curiosity.

I'm Harriet...

(My pronouns are she/her, They/them)

I am a chronically ill, late diagnosed AuDHDer, who spent a lot of my life feeling lost and misunderstood. 


I always felt that I was a bit too much.


Too sensitive & emotional / Too political /Too 'idealistic' / Too many needs 


Always too much. Always trying to make myself less burdensome and more palatable. 


As time has gone by and I've learned and grown, and been stripped of my coping / masking mechanisms, I've realised that all of these beliefs come from systems that don't align with my values. 


They come from a societal pathologising and deskilling in the art of being deeply feeling, sensitive humans. 


When we block of the sensitive parts of ourselves - hiding from the grief and the tenderness and the rage, we numb ourselves to such important parts of life. 


We numb ourselves to the injustices that our feelings are guidng us to notice.


We number ourselves to the wonder and love that is part of grief. 


We lose ourselves and our connections to those around and those before us.


I have made it my mission to counteract this. To hold spaces and conversations that are unapologetically tender. 


You are never too much. Your real, deeply feeling, sensitive self is so very welcome here. 


Since our sessions have ended, I now have the tools that I can use to relax, support and connect with my body. I feel a deeper connection with myself, I am more self-compassionate, more present and more still.

I'm not here to fix you - you are not a problem to be fixed

Instead I'm here to support you to reconnect. 


Reconnecting to your body and felt sense


to your values and beliefs


to your community, loved ones and the world.


In being forced to hide our sensitivity, it can block us from accessing awareness, curiosity and connection. 


I see my role as a gentle facilitator, to support you to access more ease, comfort and safety. 


From there we are more able and ready to build back these connections and to find our voice.
