Chest/ breastfeeding can be a huge part of your life & your relationship with your little one(s).

More than just feeding

Lets face it, it's not just the mechanics and biology of feeding (although these are of course vitally important).


It's the relationship.


It's the emotions.


It's the hope and grief and loss and triumphs. 


Feeding your child is not just a procedural task, it's so much more than that. 


And we deserve support, understanding and tender care for ALL of it.

What's different about this support?

Feeding is more than a source of nutrition for our little ones. 


Whether you're chest / breastfeeding or bottle feeding, it is a source of connection, comfort and love.


We need to feel safe and comfortable in order to receive connection and love. 


Research shows very clearly, that when we feel more relaxed and present, our feeding journey is easier. And this is particularly pronounced for those who are chest / breastfeeding. 


Mindful & Relational Feeding Support


My role is to hold space for you, your experience, your hopes and challenges. A tender space where all your feelings are welcome.


Whether you're feeling established and want to deepen into the feeding relationship, or if you're experiencing difficulty, challenges and/or wanting to make some changes along the way - I'm here to hold space for all of it. 


Mindfulness can be a really powerful practice to support your feeding journey. Offering a way to resource yourself and build your capacity to feel more present, connected and aligned with your feeding relationship with your child. 


I know how personal and vulnerable it can feel to navigate and share about your feeding relationship with your little one(s). 


I bring my background in parenting support, mindfulness, somatics, nervous system science and much more, to offer a gentle, embodied and compassionate support to you. 


No matter what you'd like to explore within your feeding journey, I'd love to connect and support you along the way. 


I felt instantly very safe with you, and massively appreciated your flexibility in how you delivered the session. I left the session feeling so positive and affirmed about feeding. I'm holding him and our bond, and that it also is very relaxing and important for me and my nervous system.

Mindful Chest/Breastfeeding Package - £100 (£70)

This is the core Mindful Feeding Support Package

Including:

  • Intake form
  • Mindful Feeding Consultation (60 mins)
  • Write up of call & optional recording of practice
  • 1 week's ongoing support (via email or Voxer)
  • Follow up call (20 mins)


Solidarity Rate and payment plans available to support financial accessibility

This is the shorter version of the Mindful Chest/Breastfeeding Package, which includes:


  • Intake form
  • Mindful Feeding Consultation (60 mins)

Community/Open Feeding Support Slot - FREE

This is a weekly free 1:1 spot for community support.


AVAILABLE FRIDAYS 9:30-10AM UK TIME


This is a chance to receive free support for any practical chest/breastfeeding issues or challenges that are coming up for you.


The slot will be booked on a first come first served basis.
