Whether you are chest / breast or bottle feeding, it's a huge responsibility and something you deserve so much care and support in navigating.

More than just feeding

It is reasonably easy to access information about feeding - whether thats via social media, google, books, your local NHS support service. 


It's sadly not as easy to find reliable and up to date information that aligns with best practice. Especially with the rise of AI slop filling our algorithms and information rivers... 


And lets face it, it's not just the mechanics and biology of feeding (although these are of course vitally important).


It's the relationship.


It's the emotions.


It's the hope and grief and loss and triumphs. 


Feeding your child is not just a procedural task, it's so much more than that. 


And we need support, understanding and tender care for ALL of it.

Harriet was so kind and caring, giving me the space I needed to release emotions and offered tools in the moment to regulate myself as well as going forward. I have been using these daily and happy to say that instantly it made a positive impact. I am back in a place of peace with breastfeeding.

Why Mindfulness?

Feeding is more than a source of nutrition for our little ones. Whether you're chest / breastfeeding or bottle feeding, it is a source of connection, comfort and love.


We need to feel safe and comfortable in order to receive connection and love. 


Research shows very clearly, that when we feel more relaxed and present, our feeding journey is easier. And this is particularly pronounced for those who are chest / breastfeeding. 


Mindfulness can be a really powerful practice to support your feeding journey. 


Whether you're feeling established and want to deepen into the feeding relationship, or if you're experiencing difficulty and challenges along the way - I'm here to hold space for all of it. 


I know how personal and vulnerable it can feel to navigate and share about your feeding relationship with your little one(s). 


I bring my background in mindfulness, somatics, nervous system science and much more, to offer a gentle, embodied and compassionate support to you. 


No matter what you'd like to explore within your feeding journey, I'd love to connect and support you along the way. 


I felt instantly very safe with you, and massively appreciated your flexibility in how you delivered the session. I left the session feeling so positive and affirmed about feeding. I'm holding him and our bond, and that it also is very relaxing and important for me and my nervous system.

This is the core Mindful Feeding Support Package

Including:

  • Intake form
  • Mindful Feeding Consultation (60 mins)
  • Write up of call & optional recording of practice
  • 1 week's ongoing support (via email or Voxer)
  • Follow up call (20 mins)

This is a weekly free 1:1 spot for community support.

This is a chance to receive free support for any practical chest/breastfeeding issues or challenges that are coming up for you.


The slot will be booked on a first come first served basis.
