...a wearer of many hats. I have been building on professional trainings, my work and lived experience, to create a multi-faceted and tender approach to holding space for both myself and others.
I truly believe there's magic that can happen when we are given the gift of being held in unconditional positive regard and the chance to slow our pace. I've seen this natural unfolding of people given the chance to reconnect with their felt sense, with their quiet voice of intuition. For me it is such an honour to support and witness this process.
To give you an idea of some of the approaches I weave together -
I'm an Anthropologist, Ecosomatic Coach, Forest & Nature Therapy Practitioner, Mindfulness Teacher, Social Justice Advocate, Facilitator, a parent living with chronic illness, as well as someone with a lifelong love of dogs (OK dogs don't really feature in my work but I feel you should know this about me anyway...)
So whether you're looking for 1:1 support for yourself, yearning to join the journey of a group programme, or perhaps you want to learn how to support your little one(s) and yourself, you're in the right place.

Based on a foundation of somatic and developmental coaching, we can weave together a personalised journey incorporating other practices and tools to support what you want to explore and do together. This can range from a single one-off session to a 12 week package.
Learn and explore with a group of other tender hearted humans. From 8 week Mindfulness courses to immersive seasonal Circle Journeys, as well as an interactive community space and occasional one-off special events. All group spaces are based in values of accessibility and collaborative learning.
A selection resources that you can access now to explore at your own pace and in your own time. These include a mix of paid and free resources in formats such as self-paced workbooks, meditations and journaling prompts.
