I'm Harriet & I'm so pleased to welcome you into this space for Tender Being.
I help deeply-feeling people who are struggling with isolation, overwhelm or confidence (either in their lives as individuals or as parents) to feel more resourced, connected and grounded.
I often work with people who identify as sensitive, neurodivergent, those who are living with chronic illness and/or disabled people, and generally the thread that joins us all together is the experience of being told you are 'too sensitive'.
I'm here to support you in unlearning these messages and to see the beauty and importance of yours and/or your little one's sensitivity.
This is a gentle, supportive space for compassionate, values-aligned and sustainable ways to navigate the world as tenderhearted people / families.
A space for coming home to yourself. All of you is welcome - just as you are.

As you've landed here, I am guessing that you might be:
My mission is to offer you a tender, non-judgemental and curious space, where we can slowly explore the process of learning and unlearning together. Allowing the time and space to reconnect to your intuition, values and self trust.
I'm here to support in whatever ways I can, and I'm so looking forward to connecting and starting this process with you.

I'd love to be in touch with each other and a great way to do that is to join my mailing list - meaning you'll receive semi-regular notes from me in your ibox.
I'll share reflections, ideas, resources and prompts, as well as sharing any upcoming groups, events and ways to work with each other.
