Tender Explorations - 1:1 space for natural unfolding

you already have the answers, let's slow down enough for you to hear them

Is there something you've been going over and over in your mind but you're not reaching a place of clarity? 


Is there a little voice that wants to be heard but struggles to compete with the noise of societal expectations? 


Do you have a felt sense about a situation but you can't quite put into words? 


My role is to hold a gentle, supportive space for whatever comes up or whatever you would like to bring. 


Whether there's something specific you'd like support with such as your little one's sleep, or navigating a stressful personal transition, or if you would simply like to feel held and witnessed in your experience as a deeply feeling person and/or parent, I'd love to support you. 


You are the expert and I am there as your ‘co-thinker’ to guide us along a path of exploration. 

I love the depth and possibility of working 1:1.

I have seen time and again how growth can happen in unexpected and wonderful ways.

I’ve always been fascinated by the way we humans interact with and make meaning from our experience of the world.


From Anthropology to Somatics, from Community Development to Mindfulness, I love exploring (and unpicking) the ways that our contexts can shape our understanding and what we make it all mean.


The more I learn, the more I realise there is a real need for us to unlearn...


Unlearning all the ways that we have been conditioned away from trusting our intuition, pushed into a sense of rushing and 'productivity' that ignores our inherent value as human beings. Unlearning the individualism, adultism and ableism that comes from a capitalist, white supremacist society, that cuts us off from caring for and connecting to the wider community, as well as ourselves. 


Coming back home to ourselves. Our true, human, caring selves. 


It may feel far from your understanding or experience of life right now, or even hard to believe, but I truly believe you already have the answers to the questions that you're asking.


Whether its about a transition in your life, an area where you're experiencing self doubt, a desire to root more into self belief, wanting to parent in a way that is more aligned with your values, difficulty navigating conflict and conflicting needs, or simply gaining a deeper understanding and connection to yourself - the answers and resources are in there. But they may also look a little different to what you're expecting...

Please note - 

I STRONGLY encourage you to bring another caregiver who will be part of your network (partner /family / friend) as it's so helpful to have the same information and to be coming from the same page when we create your plan together.


I've lovingly gathered all the things that I wish I had known, from sleep support to understanding co-regulation, and I've woven them into a a preparation package.
