Sleep Biology is an incredibly helpful foundation for understanding and supporting our little ones' sleep. This series is a free resource that I've created to offer you these foundations of Sleep Biology that I share with my clients (and that I use when navigating my son's sleep).
This can be helpful for any stage of parenting, whether antenatal, postpartum, early years or later (it is also relevant to your sleep too!) It will also hopefully give you a sense of my style and approach to see if you'd like further support from me.
