I believe groups can be such rich and collaborative learning environments, and I love witnessing the ways that groups grow and hold beautiful spaces with and for each other.
I think it can be particularly powerful to gather with other parents and caregivers, to see that you're not alone. To voice the experiences and challenges that aren't normally given space to be named. To know you're not alone in trying to do this stuff differently, in prioritising connection over control.
Inside my group programmes, I will be sharing supportive practices and concepts and you will be invited to engage, interact and apply these in whatever ways feel right for you.
All groups are based in a foundation of accessibility & autonomy - everything is invitational and all forms of engagement are welcome. This isn't school or a formal training environment, this is about curiosity, fascination and integrating these practices and concepts in meaningful ways in your life.

Created by the incomparable Nkem Ndefo, The Resilience Toolkit is more than a set of practices, it's an approach to managing life, stabilising and resourcing ourselves and our communities. This is liberatory and powerful work.
I will be running general groups, as well as specifically themed ones, such as toolkit for parents, for covid conscious community, for chronic illness, for neurodiverse group.
