Gathering in circle is an ancient and important practice. Connecting with nature, means connecting with ourselves.
A Circle Journey offers the invitation to go deeper, gaining awareness and finding meaning within a small supportive group.
Parker Palmer
Nature has so much wisdom, the changing seasons show us that we are not meant to be operating at the same rhythm all year round. Inviting us to slow down, to take stock and to turn our attention inwards to what needs to be heard.
In circle we listen and we share without interruption. We are witnessed and we witness others in a brave and transformative way. These spaces are precious and powerful.
Inspired by prompts for the changing seasons and the magic of Circle Space, Circle Journeys offer an opportunity to gain so much awareness and wisdom. A combination of learning embodiment, mindfulness and nature connection practices, with the magic of Circle Space - these programmes are something truly special and an absolute joy and honour to facilitate.

This was not something I sought out.
When I trained in Forest Therapy, we were taught to hold small Circle Sharings as part of our sessions. The Basic principles of this being to encourage the group to engage in mindful listening, and to speak only about their own experience.
Having spent years working in community settings where i was constantly striving to encourage interactions and engagement among groups, this idea felt incredibly counterintuitive. However I trusted the practice, and I am so glad I did.
From holding that first sharing Circle, I knew there was magic there. The group were able to share in ways they never had before. It was incredibly moving and I wanted to learn more!
I sought out Circle Facilitation training, and found the process transformative both personally and professionally.
Having fallen in love with Circle, I kept receiving feedback from attendees that they wish they could gather together again. I began to realise that I could combine Nature Connection practices with Circle space to create longer, deeper and beautiful journeys that would allow a group to travel together...
5 Live Online Sessions
Starting with a round of checking in, then moving into some practices and input from Harriet who will share supportive concepts and tools. Then moving into an open Circle sharing in the group.
These last between 90-120 mins (these are flexible timings so that we can respond to the level of sharing from the group). These will run on alternate weeks (bi-weekly), as this leaves time to sit with the reflections and integrate learning and experiences.
Invitational Home Practices
On the week in-between the live sessions I will be offering invitational ‘home practices’ that I have created for the programme. These practices have a grounding in mindfulness, somatic practices, nature connection and even some neuroscience! They will be a mix of recorded guided meditations/ resources, as well as prompts and written guidance.
Voxer Group
There will be the option to join a 'Voxer' group with your group. This is a bit like a WhatsApp group but much calmer (and not via Meta!) where we can connect between the live sessions. I will send the practices out via email, so joining the Voxer group is completely optional, but I am hoping it can offer a space for discussion, practice and connection for those who would like that between sessions.
Ongoing Support from Me
During the Circle Journey you are welcome to send through any questions, thoughts, relfections that you might have to me. You can send these via email or via Voxer (either privately or to the group).

I am providing this course on a 'pay what you can' system, based a sense of mutual trust and trying to move away from the capitalist ideas that we must all extract as much as we can from one another.
I have provided some 'suggested rates' below - If you are in well paid employment and/or a secure financial situation without other dependents then please do consider paying these as it supports me to continue to run the programmes with spaces for those who need to pay less or access for free.
This programme is a labour of love, I'm delighted to share this with you and also hope that you can understand the energy, experience and time that I put into it and pay what you can.
Suggested Rates:
If you need to pay somewhere between these, less than these or can't pay then please know that I trust your judgement with this. I will never question the rate you need to access. I know that not everyone has access to the same resources and I really want to acknowledge and honour that.

Circles are a very simple format, where a group will gather (in whatever way, whether in person or online) and simply share whatever comes up for them.
Being in circle can be healing and validating. We don't offer advice, opinions or try to fix - we allow people to express themselves, and we hold that warmly and without judgement. Everything shared in the space is confidential. We can take the learning away with us, but the stories shared in the space, stay in the space.
A Circle Journey offers the opportunity to build more connection, more awareness and potentially a greater sense of safety or 'holding' within a group. You will meet regularly with the same Circle Members and this can be an incredibly beautiful way to build connection, within the guidelines of the space.
If you'd like to experience Circle Space but aren't ready or able to join a Circle Journey at this time, you can check out my Events to see when the next one-off Circle Space will be.
The way that we are heard and hear others in Circle is unlike interactions that we are likely to have in our day to day life. It is a very special experience. We practice listening mindfully and we experience being heard fully.
Through sharing openly and hearing other people share, we learn so much about the world, about others and about ourselves. Circle space is hard to describe, but often the word 'magic' is used when reflecting on a Circle experience.
There is no pressure to share at all. It is all entirely optional and we encourage you to honour whatever feels most supportive to you in that moment. You may be surprised at what comes up for you within the space and feels like it wants to be shared.
If you join a Circle and simply listen for the entire session, then you have still offered an incredibly generous space and attention for the sharing of others, as well as having practiced truly mindful listening, which can be a very powerful experience.
