We attended a lovely and comprehensive feeling Antenatal group. We talked in depth about birth options, we covered basic first Aid, we talked about breast/chestfeeding and changing nappies.
But we didn't cover many of the questions that came up as soon as the baby was born. Such as:
I say that last one with a small amount of jest, but really not that much because I cried a LOT in the first few weeks/ months.
And since going on a long learning journey and deep dive into this myself, there is so much I desperately wish I could go back and share with my antenatal and early postpartum self.
